We have for starters our “Sportellino” appetizer, based on bruschetta with pate, tomatoes and truffle and our typical cold cuts.
Fantastic first courses are our handmade “strangozzi alla spoletina”;
tagliatelle with mutton sauce or with broad beans and bacon; rigatoni with pagliata; pappardelle with wild boar;
Our main courses are all cooked over charcoal, at your request any kind of meat: lamb, pork, beef.
