Historic restaurant, the oldest of restaurants in Spoleto, opened and run continuously by the same family with professionalism and passion since 1927.
In continuous evolution, it offers a cuisine of the territory revisited in a modern key. Particular attention is paid to the native truffles on the menu according to time and season for ten months of the year. The restaurant has two elegant rooms, one of which is embellished with a Roman floor from the Lower Empire, now a national monument. In summer, a charming dehors is set up in the beautiful setting of Piazza Garibaldi.
